I recently bought a Corolla and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. My salesman Blake Fontaine was amazing. During previous car buying experiences, I've felt a lot of pressure to buy and felt none of that at Krause. Tara, who helped me with financing, was also extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I even recommended them to a friend looking for a car and would recommend them to anyone else in the market.

Great experience could not recommend more. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Blake helped me find the perfect car. I felt like my time was respected and valued at Krause, unlike how I was treated by other dealers who try to waste your time and pressure you into buying something you don’t want. With Krause the whole process has been so smooth and painless. On the day I came to pick up the car and finalize the paperwork I was in and out in under 45 minutes and half of that was spent on a pre purchase test drive. All of the paperwork was ready to sign and I drove away in my new car a happy man. I am and will be recommending them to anyone I know in need of a new vehicle. Krause will be my first stop on any future vehicles I purchase. The only way I would be more satisfied is if they gave me the car for free. I hope their service department is as well run as their sales team is, if so I will be a customer for many years to come.
