The whole car purchasing process and trade in was wonderful. Jim Kleinschrodt was exceptional in explaining the car's details and hooking up our cell phones to apple car play. No hassles with the trade in, no low balling, and no high pressure to add additional warranties, etc. A great experience from a great dealership!

I went to Krause Toyota back in January after visiting or talking with other Toyota dealers in the area. I met with Sales Associate Chad Smith. I told him what I looking for, model, color, accessories. He said that they did not have anything like that on the lot but when I asked if it could be ordered, he said yes. Everyone else I spoke to at the other dealerships said no, that was not possible. So I ordered my car from Chad. I patiently waited 5+ months. Chad kept me appraised of its whereabouts along the way. Finally on July 11th I picked up my new Corolla Cross XLE! Am anxious to learn about all of the new gadgets and settings. Thanks for being there!!!

My son was shopping for his first car, on line for months, then spoke with 3 dealerships. Was told the car he wanted was rare, tough to even order. We spoke with Chad at Krause and they had one coming in 3 weeks. In 2 days Chad had my son set up with the car and competitive financing. It arrived 5 days later. Walked in and it was ready to go, and they honored the quoted price on the trade-in. Tara in finance was super efficient and respectful. Drove it off the lot in about 90 minutes. Unheard of! We were bracing for the typical 48 minute keyboard-clicking, price- quoting banter this industry is known for. It never happened. Buy here for a better experience.

I've been going to Krause since the early 90's. Sandy, Mike and Matt are the best in the service department. Joe C is the man to purchase your vehicles from.

Just had my Camry serviced at Krause. They are always very professional and thorough...and most of all trustworthy which I really value. That trust building starts from the top with the Krause ownership, all the way down to the mechanic. It is easy to see why they have built so many long-term customer relationships.

I. recently visited Krause to get the second key/fob for my new Rav IV. It was a hot day and I got to sit in comfortable chairs, in an air-conditioned space, with beverages offered to me. Best of all, Sandy helped me create a maintenance calendar for my car. In the past my husband always took care of those needs but now it's my responsibility. Sandy was extremely helpful, understanding, and let me know that Krause would continue to provide the excellent service we've come to expect from them.

It's noteworthy that the dealership staff was polite, friendly, and professional, but the single item that really shocked me was the availability of the "lifetime warranty". This was especially pertinent to me as I put a TON of miles on a vehicle and the OEM 3/36 warranty would have only covered 1 year on a brand new car for me. The lifetime option was a no-brainer for me, almost regardless of the cost! AWESOME option to offer, and hopefully that option is available for a long time going forward. If so, you just earned a life-long dealer-loyal customer in a family of 3 drivers!! :-)

I got my Pilot from here in October 2022 & I told Joe I was going to leave a review (a little late) but I had to make time to let you all know how wonderful Joe Castrovillari & Jason Wehr are & how much they’ve changed my life. I was driving a death trap before I walked into Toyota Krause. I had a hard time getting rid of my car & got denied from like 5 other dealerships. At the time my credit wasn’t the best & I also didn’t have a co-signer. Idk how they pulled the strings that they did but with a small down payment I got approved. The process was unbelievably quick & peaceful. They took care of everything & explained all that I needed to know. I was also able to trade my car in for $$ towards the new one. I was in & out of the dealership in my new Pilot in 2hrs. Thank you both so much for taking care of me!! If you’re reading this, I’m a young woman & this was my first real big girl purchase. Today I went there for an oil change on my Prius. I didn’t have anyone to drop me off and pick me up so I had to wait there. I had a 9 o’clock appointment. They took the car in right away and I was out of there by 9:40. I would have been out even earlier but the guy behind the desk helped me sync my new phone because I was having a problem figuring it out. They have a great service department at that dealership.

My wife and I purchase all of our vehicles from Krause Toyota. Our latest purchase is a 2021 Highlander, which I drove off the lot yesterday. What a beautiful vehicle! Thank you, Jim K., for your assistance throughout the process. Jim was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. We never felt rushed or pressured. I had a very nice experience at Krause Toyota. They were very helpful with the purchase of our 2014 Venza limited. Our only car went down, and we had no transportation to the dealership. Fred our salesman came to our house and picked us up for the test drive and brought us to an pre-inspection place before purchase. It was a very no pressure purchase. I would recommend Krause Toyota. We are very happy with our purchase.

I was looking for a Slightly Used Ford F-150 online. I located a Truck with the features I wanted at KRAUSE TOYOTA. I contacted Krause, and set an appointment with Sales Representative Joe Castrovillari. Joe showed my wife and I the Truck, took a test ride with us and explained the Trucks features. We recived a great price that included a Trade. Joe knew the Ford Truck Features well even though he was working for Toyota. He made us feel like family, no pressure to buy, and overall provided a great experience.

Recently purchased a Certified 2019 Toyota Camry SE! As a first time car buyer, I highly recommend working with Kraus Toyota, especially with Jim, because of the welcoming environment, the in depth explanation of the whole process with car buying, and actually trying their best to get you a good deal. I was prepared to walk, but from the min I sat down in the chair, it was only going up from their. They helped me get to a comfortable APR, considering I didn’t have the best fico.
