And I left the dealership with a new car within two hours. I've been back once so far for a regular maintenance. And this experience was positive. Traded my 2007 RAV4 with 210,000 plus miles for a nice 2009 with 102,000 miles. RAV4 was in great shape. My salesperson was a nice young fellow named Ryan.
